there was an animated movie with the cats, I really would like to find it now...can't remember the name...tried google it but with no results...main character is a black cat...cats are all walking on two legs...there is a cat city(it is not a Cat City cartoon)
i remember only the scene where he hallucinates and sees mount Rushmore with the cats, rides a horse with a girl...trippy cartoon, but my mind is blocked with the name...
anyone know what I am talking about???

I watched it as a kid...10 years ago...maybe 15...can't remember is it a french cartoon...or it was a french synch...the one who answers properly gets a beer from me...

Only French-themed cartoon I know of is Pepe Le Pew, but I don't remember cat in that...
