Hackers break into the Sony PS3 network and steal identities and locations of every user.
A week later we find and kill Osama.
Coincidence? I think not.

I don't think it's asking too much to see the photos. Not so much to quell any lingering conspiracy theories, but rather to provide closure to those that this is important to.
I will say that it's a bit odd that they wouldn't be released at least for the sake of historical texts and the like. There are plenty of documentaries and books that contian graphic photos of the death of Mussolini, for example. Is Osama an exception here?
Finally, Obama's official stance on not releasing the photos was to not 'gloat'. I think there are tactfull ways of doing everything, including showing photos of a dead dictator.
I do wonder though, did they go in unhinged, full of adrenaline and just unload clips in his face? I know I'd be apprehensive about releasing the photos if that were the case..
- and by dictator i of course meant terrorist..SteveJobs
- It's possible that they are waiting until the hype dies down to release the photos.nb
- Even if they release real pictures those who wish not believe will claim them fakes.wagshaft
- what if they are demonstrated to be faked with proper image analysis? Others will still be claiming they're real because they believe everything the gov. tells themDodecahedron
- I've seen proof several of the alqueda video statements were faked and yet Bush was talking about them in speeches as justification for more warDodecahedron

how convenient...
seriously, 'mericans got to be the most gullible people, ever"KABUL, Afghanistan -- Insurgents shot down a U.S. military helicopter during fighting in eastern Afghanistan, killing 30 Americans, most of them belonging to the same elite unit as the Navy SEALs who killed Al Qaeda leader Usama bin Laden, U.S. officials said Saturday. It was the deadliest single loss for American forces in the decade-old war against the Taliban.

Something I've learned from watching Fahrenheit 911. The media, president and gov't lied to use about going to Iraq because of weapons of mass destruction. This was all triggered by the 911 attack by Bin Laden, and so we attack Iraq? Today we know we went there because of the oil and greed. It's funny how they say we are fighting evil, yet we kill tens or hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians in Iraq? Give me a break.
- why not count the first iraq war and afghanistan and thats several million peopleDodecahedron
- Don't do that, you might end up counting coverts too, which might give an idea to the reason behind modern terrorismPeter
