O_o
I did what pillhead said, after drying it up accordingly. I also dismantled half of it.
They keys are not sticky but I can see that some OJ bits are interfering with the contacts, as depending on the keyboard's mood some keys are fine or you need to reeeeeeeaaaly press them hard.
I will use the long weekend to see what can be done, and what my insurance says in the 'accidents' section.
Oh, and thanks set.. you didn't help much but at least you are sympathetic with my struggle.

can you please tell us what was the reaction towards the missus?

Just pop the keys off and get in there and clean it with alcohol (hand cleaner is good as it's not a liquid so less chance of spillage). Lots of great vids on google of how to clean your keyboard. It's a bit scary taking the first one off but it's actually quite easy. The space bar is a bitch though. Avoid if you can.

Have you filed for divorce yet?

If you have apple care, try this.
1. Pick-up mcp and grab w/ both hands (firmly)
2. beat the missus until both the mcp and wife are broken
3. call apple care, and explain to them how the screen just
"cracked" overnight.
4 go to apple store and get new mcp.
5. buy something nice for the missus so she won't call the cops.

find something important to her and spill orange juice on it. an eye for an eye. I heard that's how relationships stay in good standing.

i hope she has become the ex-missus.

this is my own personal experience...
i use this...
after over 11 years spill free one day last winter i spilled this all over it
after a bout a week the kkeeeyyyyysssss wwwwweeeeeereeeee sticccccckingggggg
so i was afraid it was over between us
having decided it was trash
i wondered what would happen if i poured this all over it (99%)
in a bottle like this to minimize waste and build pressure for the rinse
i saw the red running out pink then clear up so i kept pressing the keys to free the gunk and i still happily use that keyboard today.- lol @ random piano girl! :Dlogi

if you bought it with american express you may be able to have it repaired for free as long as you bought it within 90 days (their purchase protection plan).

I'll try to address everyone's concerns.
- it's HER MBP, so no divorce needed (at least not for that). And yeah, as the male I must provide a solution. Regardless of being her spilling the juice, she might divorce if I don't fix it o_o
- yes, pulp. Plenty.
- no Celine Dion's collection. It could hardly be missus if she owned such item.
- I'm scared of taking the keys off in case I cannot put them back. Even worse, if after doing it I find myself with keys in excess or lacking a few.

sucks....I've gone through this 2 times now...
computer is actually at apple right now getting repaired. should get it back tomorrow

* update II
I got the Isopropyl alcohol and poured it generously through the keyboard. After cleaning, drying and almost praying, I've got the following results.
- The keyboard isn't sticky at all but some keys work at their own leisure
- I have now a new problem: condensation (product of the evaporation I think) between the LCD and the protective glass. The missus is not precisely a happy bunny. She is actually evaluating options ranging from a simple divorce to a merciful killing.
- This sounds like it's going to be a £2000 marriage repair strategy, aka, brand new MBP. :\Continuity

Ouch that sucks dude! I've never opened up my unibody, wouldn't fancy it either :-/
