Man i cant wait. That bitch is fast. Speeds like that make me think about actually running profile on it. Of course my raid knowledge is little maybe there is a better option.. i think you cant get near those speeds in a raid 0-1? setup. Or can you?

im happy with my crucial c300 running OS/apps with a 360mb read but only like a 75 mb write. and using 3tb of samsungf3s/caviar blacks for storage and profile. those get from 90mb/135mb writes. but seriously, 500mb is pretty impressive for a non raided system! im pumped on it! bout blasted a nut.

ahhh i have a marvell controller and doesnt look like i can get the true performance out of the drive. especially on write time... shucks
