- Good Point. Olivia does Parkopur , not freerunning. she is good, but she doesnt throw flips or any gymnastic moves, so she is just doing parkour, NOT freerunning.ONA1R

Liv has always been involved in and had a passion for physical activities. In 2003 she fell in love with Parkour and became one of the worlds first female practitioners. In a massively male dominated sport Liv's determination somehow shone through and her vast experience and seemingly effortless skills have seen her become a leading figure in the discipline, inspiring both men and women alike.Liv graduated from Canterbury Christ Church university in 2008 with a degree in sport sciences and is now a professional Parkour coach. Yeah but ONA1R explained to me that freerunning and parkour are apparently different things, I always thought that they just gave a more "catchy" name to parkour in the US.

Free running or freerunning is a form of urban acrobatics in which participants, known as free runners, use the city and rural landscape to perform movements through its structures. It incorporates efficient movements from parkour, adds aesthetic vaults and other acrobatics, such as tricking and street stunts, creating an athletic and aesthetically pleasing way of moving. It is commonly practiced at gymnasiums and in urban areas (such as cities or towns) that are cluttered with obstacles.

-it could also be that the sport is evolving, just like christian hosoi never did a 900 doesn't mean he wasn't skateboarding .
5 years is a long time for a sport like this.
On Lisa's defense, I will say she has way better form, closest to what you would see from a guy, than a girl. And since she's been in movies as a stunt double, probably way more famous...
