1. you fold each corner in
2. fold the rolling paper itself in half in both directions
3. unfold and point your finger at the dead center of the two-way fold so it kind of "balances" on your finger, point it forward and run forward so that the wind makes it spin around.it can only be done with a rolling paper and it takes some practice to get the spin going. try just sticking the paper to your finger using the wind first.

^you dont need to do all this, you can slightly fold each side creating a bevelled edge but the key is just pinching the corners so the paper is almost like a shallow bowl
