Go for a run every day in the morning. After two weeks you are done with it.

Quit years ago...The best thing I ever did.
- Miguex0
I already lost count of how many years ago I stopped smoking, my guess is somewhere between 8 to 6 years.
Cold turkey, there is not gradually quitting smoking, that is just a way to make you feel better around other people when you say "I'm trying to quit" you either quit or you smoke less, there is not trying to quit.
KAPOW WITH THE MIGUEX KNOWLEDGE!

yup think of something else man, your asking for failure
- Hombre_Lobo0
ive not craved one for 25 years now. (never)
- the fact you post about it now only suggests that on the subconscious level you crave itedd-e

Nobody likes a quitter dude.
- scarabin0
you're a non-smoker now, quit acting like you're a struggling smoker
- scarabin0
just think about how guilty you felt every time you smoked one, how every time you said you'd stop, how sick you felt afterward and how when you were smoking all the time it really wasn't that big of a deal anyway
- think about how great it feels to chain that feeling with another cig.. ahh glorious days!!!edd-e

Just went out of a smoke was great.

but it tastes so good,
the smooth kiss of smoke going into your lungs,
the adrenaline kick,
the shrinking nut sac

What Pixter said. You don't want a cigarette - you don't smoke anymore. You used to smoke 8 days ago. Now you don't. Thinking any differently will lead to failure.
- indeed, almost exactly what Pixter said.Fax_Benson
- *cries..
i said it first!! why does pixie gets the mottz??edd-e
- Pixter0
You don't smoke anymore. Don't try do think if you should or not have one, if you do that you'll lose
- Horp0

I don't smoke, and was wondering what the addiction feels like? Can it be explained in text or is it something one has to experience? I'm wondering if I had the will power to quit anytime I wanted to if I smoked.
- It's just like hunger or thirstPixter
- the feeling of the smoke gliding down your throat and the thickening feeling you get..edd-e
- its rather joyous and lovelyedd-e
- wouldnt you want that feeling again and again and again till you get to 20 cigs a day?edd-e
- it soothes your mind as it tightens the oxygen flow thru your veins.. making you godlikeedd-e
- try it, everyone else is doing it.
be a smoker. feel the sensation. addict yourself.edd-e - also btw quitters fail.. they count the days and put a time stamp on the day they "quit"edd-e
- but what they really are doing are just counting towards the day they start again..edd-e
- you either smoke or you dont. thats the bottom line. if you quit.. well soon you will be backledd-e
- this is why quitters fail.. its the fouty scenario..edd-e
- just stop. and be done with it. if someone asks, you just say "i dont smoke" like you never didedd-e
- other wise you say its been 8 days and i craving one.. doesnt work out..edd-e
