Try again without all the nasty photoshop filters/effects, strip it right down to the bare essentials and then rebuild it.

I 100% agree with all of you.
I was given an email blast design from my supervisor that he designed, and told to make a quick and cheap website that looked just like the email blast design.
Then when the site turned out just like it, then the bosses asked me what I thought about it. My answer.... "The whole thing is crap."
Just wanted to confirm with the opinions of the best here on QBN.

thats a polished turd you have there...actually it went from a horrible turd to a slightly better turd : ) sorry. Learn design seperate from web dev, then design your site in illustrator or photoshop. then translate that puppy to divs and scripts.
