^ what are your plans for those URL's? Seems to me most of those guys are just trying to make a quick buck without providing any real value.

^ thats how I make a living.
- Does it pay well? Is it rewarding? Not trying to be a dick, I'm genuinely curious.mtgentry
- Not really pay well, enough to make a living. Rewarding it more to do with time I have for my self.********

Domaining can be a lucrative hobby. Those of you who are dissing it, probably don't know much about it.

if air had the value domains did, these squatter guys would make a living off of you breathing.
the problem is that many of those domains have a lot of potential, but because of greed, they'll only wind up in the hands of big companies... maybe a few well-funded startups, if they're lucky.
it's really sickening, but that's life..

- I'm sick to my stomach over here at the injustice of it all********

Why do you assume anyone who owns domains is domain squatting? That makes me think of some guy who buys 500 variations on cheap-viagra-bitches.com or something.
- ...which is available, by the way.********
- not for long!kalkal

why do you assume i assumed? i'm speaking generally about domain squatters and offering my opionion on them. no assumptions have been made, on my part, about anyone.

My old boss would buy about 10 a week, really terrible... it was usually 4am impulse purchases, one day I arrived in to 20 domain's with "protoge" in them - 'er you mean protege?
I cleared out about 100 for him last September... nightmare.

Check out this guy, we would come across his domains daily when doing highest-value keyword research...

More than you and less than Frank Schilling.
- mtgentry0
http://bit.ly/fvPr5B Frank Schilling wants to squat on misspelled domains AND he's trying to patent the process. Ha! And I thought amazon's "one click" patent was lulz.
Stay classy, squatters.
- man, it's all bullshit... they're all the same cunts that are getting in to gTLDs...kingsteven
- it's going to get so much worse...kingsteven
