when i first asked about that bar, was only because it is a crappy bar.
about the friday.. for me any day is fine.. but i can say for people from the city.. the friday is their day.. you may see your rsvpd 6 but you may even see less.. im not telling you to change days or locations.. but if you wanted to meet nyc nters.. then maybe give a saturday option.. if you so wanted too..but you did want to run this.. so its your choice.

everyone in nyc has a different bar of their choice... you can't cater to them all. it's better to just pick a place and stay firmly by it. if they want to come, they'll come for the experience and not the bar.
