I've gotten quick, helpful tech support from three different sources for three different issues. Does this mean Jesus is coming?

I have a client whom I did an eCommerce site for a few months back using Quickbooks Merchant Services as the primary credit gateway. It was such a huge PIA just to get the credit gateway working - so many miscellaneous layers to funnel information through. Finally, after much trial and error we had the site working beautifully. Then, about a month back, the credit gateway mysteriously stopped working.
Their forums are absolutely useless - nobody has responded to my multiple queries there. I've issues two support tickets to the Intuit Developer Network support - to which there is ONLY email based, ticket support - which have gotten me absolutely nowhere. After doing much investigating me and the shopping cart company have determined that there is something wrong on Intuit's end, although what it is remains a mystery. To this day there is still no known cause for the gateway to stop working.
I am now at the point where we have altogether dropped them as thier credit gateway provider.
