Lots of people are moving to SE of Prospect Park. Cheaper & pretty nice sized places. Probably won't get raped most of the time.

how about harlem? is it a up and coming area?

I like Murray Hill. There's good apartments and no people. Nothing else either really, but whatevs. Its funny, I mentioned it to my friends and they all hate it.

get a broker pay $5K and get you apt no hassle.. or suffer as you are and post it on QBN asking for help.. all of which will pint you to a broker..
best of luck, but if you cant land a place in a week you are doing it wrong considering you are asking towards february.
happy holidays and new year.

there were lots on non broker places when I looked a year ago. and yes there is absolutely nothing up and coming about harlem.
