I've been for 6 months in uk, so far so great.
But I'm start looking for new freelancer jobs, and I was told by an agency that I better have a Limited Company then be a Sole Trader.
I'd be able to get more jobs and to pay less taxes, is that right?Yet, if so, can someone advice on an accountant?

Register with an Umbrella company (i think thats what there called) i used one called Parasol. They were suggested by a very good recruitment company as being one of the best ones.
Basically it allows the agency to pay them and they pay you working out all your tax etc.

Contact Colleen at Made Simple Group – tell her Hon sent you.
Alternatively, download their iphone app to see the tax differences –

I used parasol too, really made the whole thing very easy, and a much greater return and level of control than ive had with accountants in the past

Thanks.
I'm signed in with Parasol.
Do I need to say HM Revenue that I'm not a Sole Trader anymore?
If I don't get any contract job for the next 2 months, do I need to stay with Parasol and they'll pay my NIC, or should I pay instead?
I have no idea...
Thanks.
