Intelliboy do have rythmic breath when you run?
I ask becuse if you do like I do -
Inhale - right, left, right, left
exhale - right, left, right, leftthat above rythm can put pressure on the right hip as your lungs are exerted when landing on your right foot. But the pain associates with this usually is more muscular and less like joint pain.
Just bare it in mind, perhaps half way through your run try swapping inhaling and exhaling as your left foot lands.

I also lost weight. I actually started to take care of myself since 2 months ago and so far I have lost 22 pounds. I'm going for another 10lbs...... Hope this challenge helps with coz I have started to lose a little motivation and been craving some oily stuff lately.

Lost about 7kgs in 2 months, thanks to the last qbn challenge which helped a lot to keep the motivation :)

Hey I just ran the NYC marathon and had a blast! I can't wait to run another one!! :)
