hello - does anyone insure their laptop when they go travelling?
Just realised STA travel & most others will pay back £500 MAX on any claim which is pretty lame for a 2k laptop...
any pointers welcome! Dc.

Check with your bank, as your account may carry some insurance when travelling abroad (not sure if this includes laptops etc but worth a call and you may have to pay an additional fee to cover).

Check your home insurance as well, mine includes a 3k coverage for lost/stolen items outside the home.. incl laptops

add it to your home contents insurance, much cheaper if you shop around
