What is the small/cheapest thing you've charged a client for?
Looking to my right to acknowledge their presence in the lobby - $5
$200 for invites to an event. call it a college rate.
My entertainment lawyer charged us for photocopying contracts.
I remember some guy on here talking about how a client would call him for IT help on a constant basis. It happened so often that he started adding up the minutes here and there and charged for them. I thought that was incredible.

client wanted a "git'r done for jesus" decal for the back of his pick-up at the end of a string of larger orders- told him $10 and that was that.
i was commissioned to design a sean john shirt based on some 'external typographical inspiration', charged $10 and asked for two mase t-shirts and a copy of junior mafia's conspiracy.
Would you charge for retrieving an old file (something they already own)?
I charged a client for the time I took to critique his designer's work.
