itunes streaming to ipad

So this doesn't work?
Does anyone know if this is possible at all? I haven't found the way.Most 3rd party apps offer streaming but with non-DRMed content.
If you can't stream your iTunes library to your ipad in your house, what a lame and bullshit decision that is..
One of the reasons I hate fucking Apple.. why in the hell wouldn't they allow you to stream your iTunes content to your ipad around the house when you can do that with another laptop for example. The feature is there, they just don't want you to do that so you can fill up your ipad and make you buy bigger GB version.
Lame as crap.
Does anyone know if this will be enabled in 4.x update for iPad this november?

i don't know about music, but I would prefer to use the Air Video app for my video content, even if iTunes did support it.

yah.. Air video is great but it doesn't work with tv shows and videos bought from iTunes.
I guess I keep telling myself "don't buy content from them, don't buy content from them" but I'll never learn.
