Hey guys I'm doing a project in Design Marketing class and I am looking for new emerging brands in the industry of Beer, Premium Dog Food, and Retail clothing stores/lines. Do you guys know any new companies? Let me know..

you can contact your local mall and inquire thru them, as they would know more since most of those stores are all in 1 location. you are asking too broad a spectrum from food to apparel, that mix can be found in a large retail arena. i dont think designers would be able to asnwer this for you.

Beer / alcohol always has a boatload of emerging brands on a yearly basis. Tons of microbreweries coming and going every year. Some branded well while most branded very poorly. Most of the large distributors keep their best selling brands under lock & key as far as branding goes - people tend to have strong affinities to alcoholic brands they know well.
Can't help you much with Dog Food or Retail... I imagine Retail Clothing branding environment is very saturated. You probably wouldnt have to look hard to find new and emerging brands in that industry. PRemium Dog Food.... you may want to look into 'organic' brands. Seem to be all the rage with owners these days (fuck you organic brand i'm not paying $40 for 32oz. of dog food)
