There's a number of 'electronic' music artists who sometimes shake off the excess and go full-on classical/piano. For some musicians it's rare, but when it happens, it's really beautiful. Anyway, just wanted to get a list going of noteworthy examples.
Aphex Twin - Avril 14th
Aphex Twin - Kesson Daslef

The afx piano pieces are a little deceiving...they were all written in a MIDI sequencer and played back on a MIDI-enabled yamaha piano.
