So whats the setup. Does netflix and itunes share content (ie non exclusive deals) or is it either one or the other? For $8 a month it's looks tasty.

does netflix have CanCon regulations?!
- Do video rental stores?jasonistaken
- probablyDodecahedron
- good question though, maybe the big ones, maybe its up to the distributors instead of the storesDodecahedron
- I doubt it. When it comes to cancon, CRTC regulates broadcast media, really. I doubt this qualifies
jasonistaken - It would be like cancon laws for what they can put on the shelf at walmart.jasonistaken
- yeah i guess on demand stuff doesn't count. they should though, the more online media replaces TV then where's the cancon gonna goDodecahedron
- ...cancon gonna goDodecahedron

Well, I wanted to watch 30 Rocks, but the title is not available...
Same thing for Star Wars.
- monNom0
^ same thing with everything from the looks of it.
I'm not sure it's even worth $8/mo. though I'm sure it will improve with time.

I've been playing around with it, and honestly, the catalog is pretty bad--at least right now.
- sikma0
^agreed. there's damn near nothing worth watching in their catalog.
- sikma0
what's the price per month in the states? and is the catalog better?
- The selection in the states is at least 4 times larger. It's 8.99 a month... but we can't get it here.jasonistaken
