Photoshop wizard required (cash bounty via paypal) help make a poster PSD?

"Hi,I really need an A3 sized poster designed in Photoshop which is similar to this themed poster. And I need it soon (in the next 48 hours).
It has to look a bit special.. with a professional look - not amateurish - so need someone who really knows their way around Photoshop... So I want it looking pretty good.
For your answer to this question, please post your interest, then later edit your question and link me to a jpg example of your design (hosted on imageshack ect).
£20 or $40 USD for best one I select via PayPal - just send me message for who to pay. (25% via PayPal on winning choice, followed by 75% when Photoshop PSD emailed to me.).
I'll select winner by using "best answer." If however, any entries don't even beat my own attempts at making this poster (and I'm an amateur with Photoshop), then I won't select "best answer." I'll only select best answer if their is an entry I want to award the win to, and make payment for.
I can do/add the text myself later... it's just all the layers and the elements and the design. I've had a few attempts in Photoshop myself but my results don't satisfy me.
