home is where the heart is. I get homesick all the time.
You can always go back... but what you mind find is that once you move you might not be able to go back.
I would say move and get bigger and better experience.

Be realistic. Your friends sound like losers.

I just turned 25. I've had a great time the past 3 years. Worked at an agency, lived abroad, freelanced and recently completed a premiere internship. After all that I ran out of money.
I'm now at a small place in my sort of hometown. Work is great and i'm back on my feet financially. This gig pays well, i'm in a almost no-rent living situation and so far there is absolutely no stress at work. However, this town has very little going on socially. Seems like the age gap jumps from 18 to young 30s and married. There is a small art crowd, but this town makes me sad.
Here is the question: Stay here and create a good savings, grow at a small firm with good people? Or move to a place where all your good friends are "having fun" but all seem to be working at coffee shops/ small hourly jobs?
