Do any of you sell on iStock/fotolia/dreamstime etc? Good/bad experiences?
The notion of residual income is attractive but I was wondering how it actually works out for people. I would be selling flash/video/vector stuff with zero production cost beyond the time spent.

Spoke to a group of photographer friends last weekend. They know a girl that makes $4K/month on iStock. They said she takes her camera everywhere and does small shoots whenever the mood strikes. She was described as basically living like she was retired.
Mind you, that sounds a little bit like Amway... "Many will enter, few will win."
- I swear every photog I meet 'knows this girl' makng 4k a month on istock.monNom

I've been working on my second paycheck from them. In I guess 7 years.
I am at $80, I guess I'll hit $100 in a year.
I haven't uploaded anything in ages though and only have about 30 pics there...

can you sell the same photos on iStock, dreamstime, micro, etc.?
- If it's not exclusive, you get less money per photo on istockphotopinkfloyd
