Write 5 reasons why someone should NOT live wherever you currently reside (city/town). Even if you actually love your city, try to be play devil's advocate about it.

1. Atrocious urban planning. Sprawl as far as the eye can see.
2. Heat. 115F summers (43C).
3. Pollution. City with worst Particle Pollution in the US.
4. Unsustainability. Amount of energy needed to keep this city running (electricity to run our air conditioners, rapid water depletion, over-dependency on gasoline to fuel the automobiles required for suburbia).
5. Horribly underfunded education system.

Boston:
- Housing is expensive
- Winters are long and suck
- The art scene is often too conservative
- City starts to shut down at 1 am
- Driving anywhere sucks due to poorly behaved Massholes- Every time I've been to Boston I've been in a brawl. Is this normal behavior for the locals?turnleftonpapuga
- what about summer is too hot?monkeyshine
- Yeah, our summers are hot and humid.Josev
- Turnleft, yeah people can be kind of cold and rude here. Another reason not to like the area.Josev
- There's also this weird, underlying bully culture -- among politicians, police, etc.Josev
- Beautiful though!turnleftonpapuga
