Why does it matter how many employees the company has, what is the scope/requirements of the website they want built?

Turnaround time and how often they change requirements are my keys.... if they want it yesterday, double your rate, if they change their mind constantly, double your rate, if they are very civilized, have clear specs and are willing to wait a week or so, be willing to give a 10% discount...
