I have been getting pretty into them lately. Any recommendations?
I will give you one because I'm not a one-way fucker:
Tokyo Vice by Jake Adelstein
http://www.amazon.com/Tokyo-Vice…An American Reporter on the Police Beat in Japan, this one is narrated by the author and is excellent.

I also have a couple written and narrated by Anthony Bourdain.
Audiobooks are wicked when at work these days.

I too have been way into audiobooks recently. I'm more of a fiction fan, but, hey. Check out Stephen King's "It". Read by Stephen Webber, it's completely engrossing. Don't know if King is your thing, but man, it's a wicked listen. About 35+ hours, Webber isn't so much just reading, but he's a true story teller. He really gets into it.
I've got a subscription to Audible, $14/month gets me a credit per month good for anything from a $5 book to a $40 book.
- I'll check it out. thanks for the response.DrBombay

I prefer watching movies while I work.
Maybe I'd feel different if there was a great audio book site. Tried Audible, but wasn't too happy with the service.

I never tried this, do they have sound effects or music? or is just someone reading it to you?

Just reading. It's like having someone read a book aloud to you.
