Looking for any cool examples of flash sites/microsites that use video in a very interactive/modular way. Kind of like the Uniqlo World Clock:

I think you are thinking more about the concept.
The programmatic or modular notion is based on the concept of clock. The intension was to be mechanical as per how clock runs.
