One-off mass mailout

  A client of mine ran a competition a while back from which we collected about 400 email addresses (all consenting to receiving communication), and I'm looking for a mass mailer service, preferably in Australia. Can someone provide me with a recommendation?

  I'd prefer advice to a google search, because half of them are probably blacklisted by Aussie ISPs.
