Working on a Mel Gibson app for iPhone now. Is his recently released sound files considered public domain?

Here is a short peak at the work in progress. So far no design to it just trying to finalize the sounds that will be used.

I find the audio interesting because it sounds like Mel is yelling through a loud speaker while the girls voice is crystal clear.
Listen to other tapped phone calls. They don't even match.

BTW I just found this bit of info.
