Total Training http://www.totaltraining.com/pro… DVD's are great, and if you're employer is willing to fork out some cash, http://www.bavc.org/ will send an instructor to you. Your employer needs to pay for their flight cost and housing for the few weeks during the boot camp course. If in California, the cost will be reimbursed by the state if your team is about 15 or so and they have been on board for at least a year. Specifics are a phone call away if you need info.

This is still online training, but fxphd.com is really great for production-based training. They go through the entire workflow, from pre-vis, to debugging comp issues, to preparing for client. There's also some AE-C4D integrated classes as well.

oddly, the best experience you could get would probably be taking a couple weeks off and freelancing at a top shop. You'd learn the most from being around the other animators in real situations. Otherwise, just keep easing your keyframes, playing with the curves, and trying new things. A bit of 3d, be it C4d or something bigger would be the next advanced step. But your design and ideas will count for most.

Oh and http://www.digitaltutors.com/09/… is great too. Much more up to date than Lynda.

yeah LCC have sacked off doing those courses. I've been using after effects for about 5 years so am pretty experienced already, also ok with cinema 4d though dont really need it for work so it would be an advanced course im after i suppose. would need to be a day a week or evening class really
