I'm just about to finish Charlie Brooker's Screen Burn book. The guy is too funny. Dawn Of The Dumb is great too.

Josie Long is terrible

Lee Mack is annoying, such an end of the pier comedian.
Also, critics of twitter have never usually used it. They always say stuff like, I don't care if some is "just going to make a cup of tea"
not understanding its uses for news, charity, social campaigns (like the iranian elections etc).
So annoying, my creative director comes out with that kind of stuff, he's blatantly never used it!

But he isn't really bad mouthing twitter as a whole, more for what Charlie uses it for.
Lee does annoy me a little though I have to say, there's something about him that gets on me tits.

No, Twitter really is total and utter tosh.
But, what to say? I'm past it - the mantle's been passed on to the next generation, one even more self-involved, over-inflated and in awe of own self.
This will not end well.

Yet to meet a twitter user that isn't a douche. They always tend to be the people who thinks their opinions are really important/good/funny.
Even if they do use it for "news, charity, social campaigns" it's always a big coincidence they are twats.

I always thought group emails are a bit rubbish. The way that they're loosely targeted .. for when you can't be bothered to write individually, but you'd like an individual reply.

Twitter and being a douche go hand in hand. Especially the people who try and be witty on it, perfect example: http://twitter.com/charltonbrook…
I normally like Charlie Brooker but since he's been on twitter and written smug annoying shit like that on Twitter I've started to find him annoying.
