Both the Zune and from what it looks like, this Windows 7 Phone (or is it Windows Phone 7) seem very superficial in their approach to usability. They both look slick (in a MS-approved, corporate kind of way) but they seemed designed to "show off" the interface in an ad or something rather than be something people would actually want to use.
