about to get mine going, been neglecting them for too long now.
was going to do some impressive foil printing or what not, but i want something a bit more, hmmm tactile, lo fi etc.
i just came back from stamp makers shop and am thinking of going that root. there is something i like about actually stamping my info onto a card.
any draw backs from using this technique, any advice from the qoobs? would love to see some other freelancer's cards out there

downside to stamps is that over time the small characters start to smear really easily and email addresses and phone numbers can be hard to decipher

- Get two stamps made up? Or, a replaceable portion you could apply when time comesdetritus

backside is 130# classic linen b/w duplex, laminated to a 110# classic linen white front. 4/1 matte silver foil on the back. this is a really thick card.

an actor comedian dude gave me this a couple weeks ago. he was a nice guy and pretty hilarious, so the card worked great for him.

a word on businesscards. i dont see any amazing cards in this thread. even peter saville's one s boring all by all. what it comes down to is that you get them printed and start handing them out. : )
