Hi, I'm looking for a 3D model of a heart compatible with Maya. Unfortunately I have no budget, so I'm looking for a free one.

wait. you are working with someone who has Maya, which means they know how to use it. They can make that kind of thing in about 5 minutes.....this doesn't make sense.

i have a real one i made, ill sell it to you for a pack of smokes and a hand job. also, as mentioned above, if your modeller cant sort that in less than 2 min, fire him/her.

I'd look for a vector in vecteezy or heroturko.
The reference looks more to a vector than a 3D model to me.

^Are you being serious?, I'm looking for a 3D heart, if I was looking for vector heart, I'd open freehand and draw one!

I only use 3D studio so I really cant help, but I could see it being tough to find a free maya model that looks like what you're looking for there.
Only thing I could suggest is finding a heart tutorial, hoping one of these clowns that say they can do it in just 5 minutes will just make one for you.

This is just $1. You might be able to import OBJ files into Maya. I know you can with Max.
