Just don't show up to Company A in a suit and "leave early for the day".

The only thing that matters in life is your own happiness. If Company B is put off by your visit, they can go fuck themselves.

Also, that MaWu video is awesome.

Again, thanks for the honest feedback QBNers. Always appreciated.
Mr. Mullins, I feel like I'd be a be a bottom feeder if you lived in Wilmington, instead of Greensboro.

Consider it window shopping, or flirting in a bar while in a relationship: just make sure no one from company A finds out about it.
- Someone usually finds out. The design industry is practically incestual.monospaced

There is nothing wrong with taking a look, but like PeterH & monospaced said above; be careful that no one finds out.
- Yeah, just be careful, I guess. I do think you should interview if you can get it. They might even know who you are.monospaced

You have every right to explore your options.
Depending on the culture of Company A you can either tell them what you're doing (which could potentially be beneficial for you) or not.
Company B doesn't need to know that you basically want a peek at their operations. They only need to know that if you like what you see that you want to be a part of that.

If they put you through their recruitment process and don't hire you anyway, are they wasting your time?
They will do that to all but one person who applies.

All great responses, thanks for the input.

Also, if they offer you a job and you don't take it, this in every case means they're offering too little – even if you went there dead set on not taking that job if offered.
