the wife and i just got back from mexico. like noneck mentioned if you go anywhere hit up an all-inclusive. this place had so much to do, and at the same time so little. 80% of the time we sat at the beach and ordered drinks without ever moving. it was peaceful. also it's at 50% capacity so it was surprisingly sparse of people, it was a huge win.

You want national parks, go to Utah. Spend a couple of weeks taking hikes, seeing things you've never seen before & feeling exhilarated.

Go to a sleepy northern Cali city like that you can camp, like Big Sur. There's a beach there.
