Sweets... this is the plan... meet at the Queens Arms Hotel, 64 James St, New Farm... 7pm, Friday. Its a good starting point... cheap beer, not too noisy and close to the valley... from there we can go with the flow. see you tomorrow!!!

t0ki. did you go to korean bbq? where is your favourite? I went to obaltan tonight and it was pretty damn good. still on the search for a good all you can eat korean bbq here though. the one on st pauls terrace sucks.

Yeah Obaltan is very good. My korean friends in Brisbane rate it as the best there is here - but when they cook it themselves it's usually better! You can buy the gas cookers from a few places in Brisbane for about 70 or 80 bucks I think.
I used to like going to Hanwoori for Korean in general, but it was closed down randomly when I went there a few weeks ago. There's also another place which is directly above the korean supermarket on elizabeth street which is pretty nice. Theres also a new underground one I think around there too lol
I do know there is also an all you can eat one in the valley mall, however I haven't tried it myself personally.

@neue75_bold - Thought you were coming to the workshop, were you too hung over? Managed to drag myself there somehow. It worked out good because a couple of us had coffee with Paul after and he gave us a private presentation of the studio's creative processes and presentation strategy. An amazing person!

I was very hungover and didn't get up until 10ish, ended up going to GOMA and then having a big walk around the river basically back to our apartment, but met Paul Saturday night and had a chat with him, lovely fellow..
Somehow managed to work yesterday but I'm at home today feeling quite dreadful, I just can't do two 4am nights in a row anymore...
