What is there? I'm doing a xcountry road trip next week from Boston to Seattle. Have to go to southern Ohio to visit family. What's between St. Louis and Yellowstone area? Looks like a lot of nothing. What should I see?

Depending on the route you could probably see Deadwood, Mt Rushmore and the Black Hills on the way.

I did springfield MO to seattle! Def. camp in yellowstone, see the badlands, and drink a beer at whiskey gulch in the black hills! Billings is sweet to!
