whats the best thing to do if you know you can sell a domain but dont want it to be obvious ?
I bought a .co.uk years ago and know that the .com company will eventually want this but i also know this sort of thing is illegal.
So trying to figure out how i can sell the domain without approaching them ?
originally i thought... forward it a porn site
i welcome other ideas

Don't sell. Do a click through and charge them per click.
If you have enough traffic throw some ads....and don't play cyber-gangsta against a corporation unless you can make more money from it than the legal costs that you may have to pay.

– You only have a legal chance if the company got the ™ after you got the domain and still it's very thin.
– They can send you a cease and desist letter anytime.
– Do not put anything related to the company or the industry they have a ™ in.
– If you put ads in there, you could make some beer change. Also prove you got the domain in order to profit from it, hence attracting a lawsuit, rather than just a cease and desist.
– A link to a porn site will only make things worse.

a friend of mine bought out a domain to a popular feminist site a few years back, kept all the content there, but redirected all the links to porn sites. He wasn't very popular with the people who would visit, but the click through payoff was impressive.
