I went to WD-50 a couple weeks ago, which looks like it's probably the NY equivalent to this Fat Duck restaurant.

Bröderna Olsson on Frith Street. Not fancy, just a menu that serves garlic. Lots of garlic.
Desserts include:
Garlic Honey Ice Cream with chocolate dipped garlic
Banana Congo Coffee Garlic Brownie
Chocolate garlic truffee
Coco's & Butter Scotch Garlic Toffee Cake

Inamo is my favourite restaurant in London. This makes me jealous as I've not been there for ages and can no longer afford it in my student life.
Dans Le Noir in Clerkenwell is great. The food tastes fantastic and eating blind is a fun adventure. http://www.danslenoir.com/
The Double Club is great as well. Congolese-meets-Western style. the food is lovely and it's an interesting place. http://www.thedoubleclub.co.uk/a…
I have mixed views of Sketch on Conduit street for food. Some meals I've had there have been brilliant, others not so good. Regardless, the place is really unique and brilliant. I'm not been anywhere else where you go to the toilet in individual egg incubators and have a small French maid walking around giving out the towels afterwards. http://www.sketch.uk.com/ It's also great for a night out.
- sketch's website is insanebigtrickagain
- Yes indeed it is. The club/restaurant itself is actually fantastic though, despite the horrible site.orrinward
