this logo and logotype:
has some bad rendering going on - the type is too small for photoshop or whatever to make the line sizes consistent, and it's a bit small considering the size of everything else on the site (especially the huge size of "our management"). consider making it bigger?

I like it but I think the fonts are too big for the porfolio thumbnails.

Decent start.
+ Agree with above comments, esp type needs a lot of work. Bigger Godzilla type doesn't mean better.
+ The visual language / tone is unclear. I'm seeing stock icons mixed in with photography mixed in with painterly effects and info-graphics. Then I see bold blocks and gradient buttons and custom brushes. Very odd.
+ The color palette is NOT working at all. It needs harmony, hierarchy and a sense of purpose.
+ The writing on the site is also kinda blah. Design with emotion. Either people have to LOVE it...or HATE it. This is in the gray, "forgetful" area.
