HipHop help! Trying to find a song

Dear hiphop heads,
im trying to find a song but i cant remember the name of it. i believe its from Common and its from the 90s. Its a really simple drum beat with the main bit being a guitar riff repeated over and over. have any ideas? the song is stuck in my head, but i cant find the song to play. help me out!!
