Anyone knows a nice Gold flavoured Color for cmyk? I add this to my wishlist

solid? depends on what color is next to it.
a 15/30/100/10 looks like gold-ish on a black background.
or try a gradient.

It really throws me for a loop to see that "stewart" responded to a post that I was considering responding to. I think "Wow... Did I just do that in a pre-coffee haze and totally forget about it already?" And then I remember that I'm not *that* Stewart.

i've seen a book where the process yellow ink was changed for a PMS gold.

Try these:
20-25-60-25

3-20-81-18
15-30-80-10
35-45-100-0

The problem is that gold isn't really a color. It's a surface. It can be anything from bright yellow to brown depending on the way light hits it. A single color is going to be tough.
- what makes gold 'gold' is it's reflective propertieshotroddy

I like 20/20/65/10. Pretty close in hue to PMS 873, if not in shimmer.

Just print "Gold" on the area where you want the color to show up. Viewers will just go along with it, and pretend it's gold.
