*shrug* I watched it and thought it was funny. Apple appears to have had their sense of humour surgically removed.

I'm sure Apple was upset with it and addressed the issue with the network, and the network then issued a request for an apology over to Ellen. They probably dump hundreds of thousands of dollars of advertising on that network, so it is just common courtesy. Not really a big deal.
