Pressing CDs?

Maybe this is the wrong place to be asking this, but...
Anyone have suggestions on somewhere to have audio CDs pressed with digipaks? I'm looking for 500 or 1000, preferably in Canada or USA (for shipping reasons) and cheap is good.
I've gone through a couple different companies in the past: one was really expensive and not particularly good, the other was cheap but they had no idea what they were doing and made tons of mistakes.
Any advice would be helpful, thanks!
And... we're probably going to do vinyl as well, looking at United Press. Anyone have anything positive or negative to say about them?

CDs are so dead, I hate them. I gave nearly all of mine, hundreds of them, to a charity-sale last time I moved, without even looking through them to see what I had. Waste of space.
But, my band needs them. I don't mean to boast, but we're pretty big in the Neo-Luddite scene.
- I worked for www.candisc.com back in the day. The owner sold it but they had decent prices. Out of Ed too.Naygon
