This might be a basic solution. If flv one is say 1000 frames, and flv 2 is 1000 frames, then place them in the master timeline at 2000 frames. Place the first flv on the first frame, and the second flv on the 1000th frame.

I'm taking it you're embedding the FLV's? If that's the case, why not just put them into a movieclip and use simple AS to trigger events?
- Dont know what you mean by using AS to trigger events.CygnusZero4
- Timeline navigation: i.e. when it gets to the last frame in the timeline, do something...fyoucher1

Also, your frame rates might be different...

Wrap them into a symbol, an Graphic to be precise.
On your main timeline, drop each each graphic. Set the playback option to "Play Once" (loop is the default). You should see your vids play as you scrub the main timeline.
Move to where you see the last frame of vid 1. Put an empty keyframe immediately after that. On a new layer, add your second video graphic.
I've found that sometimes with an flv, if you have more frames on the timeline than the flv has, it can cause all kinds of playhead issues. Wrapping them in a symbol is usually a good fix before placing them on a timeline.

Okay the problem was when I imported the first video, for some reason it made it 650 frames, when it actually needed to be 360. I have no idea why that important with twice as many frames as it needed.
