  I have this problem, on my account I have this More options - > Publish, Publish to a blog.

  Other people don't. How can they activate this or what is happening?

  It sounds like it's already activated -> so what are you talking about?

  • ah sorry - misread .. other people want to activate it... might be because they're not set to use US english

  • Afaik, new features in gmail are only rolled out to people who are set to use US english -> might be the same for docs
