    Your question doesn't make sense.

    i) You have an extra feature
    ii) Other people don't
    iii) You'd like to active the feature

    It sounds like it's already activated -> so what are you talking about?

    • ah sorry - misread .. other people want to activate it... might be because they're not set to use US english

    • Afaik, new features in gmail are only rolled out to people who are set to use US english -> might be the same for docs
