Looks tasty - love the treatment of the header/feature area.
Not sure about the previously clicked on items stacking above the feature area though, made me think something had gone wrong.

I like this, although buggy because it is doing something NEW. Not ground breaking or life changing but it's something I have not seen before.

They use the same layout for many of the landing pages and it feels like you never leave home. At first I thought it was broken. Then I realized that they meant to do that. Overall interesting concept for a homepage but the animation is a bit buggy and the effect is overused throughout the site.

THe reason it feels buggy is that the animation is moving into position at the same time as the whole page is scrolling... pretty smooth here however, and very nice.

the site isn't bad but they seem to have sold-out, what's the deal with wanting to have studios all over the world? do their designers have to wear suits to work? i bet its heading down corporate street.

Project detail pages are very dry, no images/videos of the projects.

only thing i don't like is that they've photshopped a 'hero' image as Leigh has said, i.e they're trying to sex up the project

Um... "Lightmaker become an official Microsoft Surface partner" Yet, in your text, you say..."Lightmaker have become an official Microsoft Surface Partner."
So maybe add "have" to the title, or change "become" to "becomes".
