Android does support Flash, but not Flash 10 or AS3. At least not in my HTC Hero.

oh man, i thought the title was "Android OR Iphone", thank god.
cool vid.
yeh android does flash already, done it for ages. fucking stevejobs with his banning of Adobe's new Flash-to-iPhone C compiler, wanker.

I didn't start this thread to wank on about flash and html5 and whatever. I just thought it was a neat proof of concept. its about options.

lol, sorry I retire what I said about fanboys
- ukit0
So when they Nexus One into the iPhone Pad, how do they jailbreak the dual boot multithreading?
- georgesIII0
god, its crazy that fanboys don't know anything that is going on about the mobile world except appstore and iphone.
sorry to break it to you, but Adobe won't go bankrupt just because the iphone/pad won't run flash...
html5, I tried for a week to get a hang of it for a project I'm develloping, it was interresting but for now I'll stick to flash, no matter how intense on the cpu it is, we aren't running 486's anymore, I'm sure most cpu can handle the load- Fuckin' fanboys mang....shakes headukit
- Wait, what part of HTML5 were you trying to learn?ukit
- I just want a video to run on "all" browser, even *sigh ie6..... or even ff2, too much debug for me to waste time on itgeorgesIII
- you cant run a html5 vid on ff2, lol. you need a fallbackspraycan
- fallback = Flashjhey

Wait...all this hoopla about the iPod not supporting Flash and the Android doesn't yet? I thought the entire argument was hinged on the fact that other phones (namely the Android variety) were not only running it, but running it well. Weird.
- android already supports flash, the HTC touch was the first to do itquack
- That's what I thought. What's PIZZA on about up there?monospaced
- crack maybe?quack
- on april 17 it was on Beta, i dont see your point.spraycan
